It's UIX style 1.4.7

Once I imported it, there was no content, no user/modbar, the profile/log out links in the navigation bar was gone, and I want to remove that notification asking you to install the UIX addon

I can't be help you, Your hostinger are server slow cause called a scam like hosting24, 000webhost.
You need be buy better for hosting from OVH.co.uk or namecheap.com.
