When I use your 1.5.8 XenForo leak and I do everything
I log off and try to create another account and once im done filling out everything I click register and this happens
I've restarted my forum four times and this still happens

Your XenForo 1.5.8 version is very older. You would need be upgrade to XenForo 1.5.11
