[Help] Xenforo Resource Manager & [bd] Paygates

Hello everyone!
I just installed [bd] Paygates and I have Xenforo Resoruce Manager.
I just uploaded a resource and made it cost $3.00USD
However, any normal registered user can download it WITHOUT buying!
How can I fix this please?? :'(

Need this asap please!

P.S: What I want is for each user to define thier "paypal" email address and when they submit a paid resource, they can get the money if people buy their resource.
A good example of what I want would actually be the xenforo website how the user's can sell their resource and get paid via paypal for example: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/nobita-image-optimizer.5317/

For this use xfa rm marketplace add-on only via that you can do that , and for other problem you need to setup correct permission
