Fixed issue with showing current thread in quick search results.
Now supports a scroll bar to allow viewing additional results. If upgrading from a previous version, be sure to change the Maximum results in the options page to the new default which is 100.
Fixed issue with Exclude forums still showing Quick search box in thread view even if forum is excluded.
