You can now specify the language used by the FullCalendar library by editing the locale settings in the template called shinyTech_google_calendar
Enter the appropriate country shortcode.
Some minor adjustments to the tooltip location and presentation to make it easer to move the cursor into the tooltip to click links in the event description.
