RM Review Management could allow the administrator, moderator and users to manage reviews in Resource Manager. Each time user uploads resources into the site, an administrator has the highest permission to manage the RM reviews. They could even set permit who will have the right on those reviews. As users, you could view, edit or even deletes your reviews of resources. If you are a moderator, you have got permission of viewing, editing, deleting reviews of other users. Users could even filter to read the reviews they want to read
