An addon which creates special forums (type: "code": with custom fields like "namespace" and "language" - php, css. js or xf-script)...
In which you post executable code by xenforo engine best with bbcode...
Each thread must be like php-class with comments in it like js-scripts or css-styles or html-pages (index is main entry for widgets)...
Also creates special widget in system of xenforo (like: "your codes [id]") which is executing code from thread with specific ID...
This forums must be hidden...
User rights for create in it like only administrator or moderator...

This makes possible to make addons other way just post code like php and setup trait in one thread with custom fields like "installed" indicates that is work now...
Make use of widgets which reads code from topics and execute them like device in VS...
