Confirm Paypal payment and possible upgrade

Heya,

I have confirmed the Paypal payment yesterday and messaged the admin account but nothings been changed so far. I also PMed the admin ( is that a thing ? ) to ask if I can already upgrade from VIP to the VIP+ and how to do it.
