What does this add-on do?
This add-on adds the ability to create, edit and delete resource categories from the front-end in XenForo Resource Manager, for those with the appropriate permissions.
The add-on adds a 'Category Tools' menu at the top right of any category with appropriate links depending on what permissions a user has.
A WYSIWYG editor is used for editing the description to avoid untrusted users being able to enter any HTML they like from the front end.
