Added 4th user display style

- Added a setting to display the number of users in the block header. Pluralization also works there now (Thanks to [MMO] Core library)

- Fixed issue with unapplying style settings for the followers block.

Now, when displaying the widget on pages other than the profile pages, your subscriptions and subscribers will be displayed.
