xF2 Add-on [OzzModz] Create Article Thread Permissions 2.0.0

This small addon will give you the ability to set which usergroups can create article type threads, This is useful for sites that allow multiple thread types in forums. You can find the permission " Can create article thread" under the "Forum permissions" block in usergroup permissions. Thanks to @Rudy for the code and working out the bugs.
